Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrading gear increases its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements used.
For instance, the top shield for racial discrimination Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item, like a weapon, armor or ring. This allows you to swap the item for another similar item and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable method of upgrading gear. They don't keep the original equipment's condition and any wasted resources aren't rewarded.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors by a variety of means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in chests and crates or purchase them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on the equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can roll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. upgrade item increases the damage caused by weapons and melee attacks and spell power upgrades mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give players additional health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to create it. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on action spaces the reroll marker stays in the space until the next success result is rerolled. This allows you to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. Once they're opened they show a complete description and an icon for the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of money.
In the end, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This alters the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These stones are special stones which increase the level of an item by improving its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". The menu will be displayed that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being upgraded as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.

The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for novice players. However, there are numerous methods to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets players increase the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. It's done by combining an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. This process can be repeated until the maximum level of an item is attained.

They can be purchased through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped with new ones. However, this can ruin the previous upgrade.
Requirements
Items upgrades allow players to boost certain stats of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the type of item however, you'll usually require Dilithium as well as a number Upgrade tokens.
